| Tracking the progress of Knowledge Exchange execution with respect to the Knowledge Exchange Plan is extremely critical to understand if the progress is as intended. All the relevant stakeholders should be updated on the progress and inferences drawn by the Knowledge Exchange Lead. In case of any variances observed, corrective and preventive actions should be implemented and tracked to closure. Any additional support, if required, to accomplish the overall objective must be highlighted. |
